How See You in 90 handles local journal content, device services, purchases, exports, and support messages.

Information processed by the app

Journal and challenge data

See You in 90 stores your journal entries, moods, challenge progress, streaks, statistics, onboarding responses, vow, and reset reflections locally on your device using Apple SwiftData. Appy Labs, LLC does not receive this content through an account, backend, or cloud-sync service in the current version.

Legacy photo attachments

The current version does not let you add new photos. If an older entry already contains a photo attachment, it remains stored locally and may be included as base64 data in a JSON export. See You in 90 does not upload that attachment to Appy Labs, LLC servers.

Purchase and subscription information

Apple processes App Store payments. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase information needed to load products, verify purchases, manage entitlement or subscription status, and restore access. This can include a provider-generated purchaser identifier, product identifiers, transaction status, entitlement status, restore status, and subscription or renewal metadata. Appy Labs, LLC does not receive your full payment-card details, and journal content is not sent to Apple or RevenueCat as part of purchasing.

Support messages

If you contact support@seeyouin90.com, Appy Labs, LLC receives the information you choose to include, such as your email address, screenshots, device or app version, and issue description.

How information is used

  • Run the 90-day challenge and calculate local progress, streaks, statistics, and achievements
  • Display your journal, mood history, identity, vow, and reset lessons inside the app
  • Prepare Markdown, JSON, or PDF exports when you request them
  • Share limited progress state with the See You in 90 widget on your device
  • Schedule the local reminders you enable
  • Load products, unlock paid access, maintain subscription status, and restore purchases
  • Respond to support, privacy, purchase, and deletion requests
  • Meet App Store, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, and platform obligations

Local-first storage and device services

See You in 90 requires iOS 17 or later and is designed as a local-first app. Journal content and challenge records stay on the device in the current version. The app does not require a See You in 90 account and does not use an Appy Labs, LLC backend or cloud sync for this content.

The app and widget use an Apple app group to share only the progress values needed by the widget. Full journal text is not placed in the widget state. Reminders are scheduled locally; progress status, such as an attempt or day number, may appear on your lock screen. You control notification permission through the app and iOS Settings.

Your device backups and other Apple services are controlled by your iOS and Apple Account settings.

Exports

You can export journal information in Markdown or JSON through the iOS share sheet, and create PDFs for completed entries. An export leaves the app only when you choose a save, share, or other destination. The destination then controls that copy.

Exports are portable copies, not a complete restorable backup of every setting, badge, purchase identity, or challenge record. JSON import or restore is not currently available. Legacy photo attachments can appear as base64 data in JSON exports.

Third-party services

The current version relies on Apple platform services and RevenueCat for the following limited functions:

  • Apple SwiftData for local app-data storage
  • Apple WidgetKit and app groups for limited on-device progress sharing
  • Apple UserNotifications for local reminders
  • Apple StoreKit and the App Store for products, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and restoration
  • RevenueCat for product configuration, purchaser identification, entitlements, subscription status, and restore coordination

Apple and RevenueCat process relevant information under their own policies. See You in 90 does not currently include an Appy Labs, LLC behavioral-analytics or remote crash-reporting service.

Website tools, downloads, and analytics

The Habit Chooser, Measurable Habit Generator, Challenge Contract, Daily Reflection, Reset Decision Tree, and Self-Trust Ledger keep selections and entered text only in the open browser tab. They do not send those answers, add them to a URL, or store them in cookies, local storage, or session storage. Copy, CSV or text download, and print actions happen on your device; closing the tab clears answers that you did not export.

The Calendar tool also calculates locally. Only when you choose Copy share link does the generated URL include the selected start date and strict or flexible mode; it does not include journal, contract, or completion text.

The downloadable PDFs and Google Sheets-ready .xlsx workbook are static blank files. Downloading a file does not give this website access to what you later write. If you import the workbook into Google Sheets or open a file in another service, that destination controls its copy under its own storage, account, and sharing rules.

The website analytics adapter is currently disabled and has no analytics provider. It does not set analytics cookies, use session replay, capture form inputs, create person profiles, or send behavioral events. If a processor is enabled later, this policy will be updated before tracking is activated.

Retention and deletion

The production app does not currently provide an erase-all or individual-entry deletion control. Local app data remains on your device until you delete See You in 90 and its local data from the device. Exports and other copies saved or shared outside the app must be deleted separately from their destinations.

To request deletion of support messages or other personal information you voluntarily sent to Appy Labs, LLC, email support@seeyouin90.com. Appy Labs, LLC may retain information when reasonably necessary to respond, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase, subscription, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records under their policies and applicable law. Removing local app data does not delete those platform records or cancel a subscription.

International processing and security

Local challenge data is processed on your device. Support messages and purchase-related information may be processed in other countries by Appy Labs, LLC, Apple, RevenueCat, or their service providers, where laws may differ.

Keeping journal content local reduces what is transmitted to Appy Labs, LLC, but no device, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. Protect your device and exported files with suitable passcodes, access controls, and sharing choices.

Your choices and rights

You control exports, notification permission, local app data, and subscription settings. Manage notifications in iOS Settings and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information Appy Labs, LLC processes, including support messages. Contact support@seeyouin90.com to make a request.

Changes and contact

This policy is effective August 21, 2026. We may update it when the app, website tools, purchase options, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
