Google Sheets-ready workbook

A free 90-day habit tracker for Google Sheets.

Download a real .xlsx workbook with 90 dated rows, Done / Partial / Missed status choices, evidence and next-protection fields, 13 weekly reviews, and a formula-driven summary. Import it into Google Sheets without giving this website access to your spreadsheet.

Immediate workbook download

Download the workbook. Import it into your own Drive.

The download is an .xlsx file designed to import into Google Sheets. It is not a pretend “Make a copy” link and does not create a file in your Google account until you choose to upload it.

No email or account is required here. After you import the file, Google stores and processes it under your Google account and sharing settings.

Exact setup

Import the .xlsx file into Google Sheets.

This Google Sheets habit tracker template is a 90-day habit tracker spreadsheet for one defined behavior. There is no native Google Sheet copy URL on this page. The honest handoff is a direct workbook download followed by Google Sheets’ own import flow. Keep the original file as a clean backup until you have confirmed the imported formulas and formatting.

  1. Download the workbook.Use the button above to save see-you-in-90-google-sheets-habit-tracker.xlsx to your device.
  2. Open Google Sheets.Create or open a spreadsheet in the Google account where you want the tracker stored.
  3. Open the importer.Choose File > Import from the spreadsheet menu.
  4. Upload the file.Select the Upload tab, then drag in the downloaded .xlsx file or choose it from your device.
  5. Create the spreadsheet.Choose Create new spreadsheet when asked for an import location, then select Import data. Google may adjust the wording of these controls over time.

After import, open Start Here and replace the orange example values with your start date, habit rule, minimum version, tracking mode, and reason for the attempt.

Four worksheets

What is included in the habit tracker workbook.

Start HereFive editable setup fields plus a live Day 90, completed-days, progress, and best-streak summary.
90-Day TrackerNinety daily rows with calculated dates, the repeated rule, a result dropdown, evidence, next protection, current streak, and completed count.
Weekly ReviewThirteen review rows covering Days 1–7 through Days 85–90, with formula counts and room to name what helped, what interfered, and what to protect next.
SummaryDay 1, Day 90, Done / Partial / Missed totals, best streak, overall progress, and three final reflection prompts.

The workbook starts with a clearly visible example so you can see which cells to replace. The 90 daily result cells are blank. Your evidence and review writing begins only after you edit the file in your chosen spreadsheet app.

Formula behavior

Dates and summaries update from a small set of inputs.

The workbook uses standard spreadsheet formulas—primarily IF, COUNTIF, and MAX—rather than macros or scripts. Changing the Start date updates the 90 daily dates and calculates Day 90 by inclusive counting: the chosen date is Day 1, so Day 90 is 89 calendar days later.

  • Changing the Habit rule updates the repeated rule shown on all 90 daily rows.
  • Each Result cell offers Done, Partial, or Missed as a dropdown choice.
  • Done rows increase the completed count; Partial and Missed remain separate.
  • The streak column returns to zero when a row is not marked Done.
  • Weekly counts and the Summary sheet read from the same 90 result cells.

Daily use

Write the smallest useful piece of evidence.

A digital tracker is most useful when the record helps the next day. A long journal entry in every row can make the file feel like homework; an unexplained checkmark can hide what actually worked. Use one short, concrete sentence when there is something worth preserving.

  1. Choose the result.Mark Done only when the written completion rule was met. Keep Partial distinct from Done.
  2. Name the evidence.Record the output, context, or observable action—not a judgment about your character.
  3. Protect tomorrow. When friction appears, write one environmental change or next action in Next protection.
  4. Review weekly.Use the counted results and your own notes before changing the rule.
  5. Reflect at the end.Read the attempt as a system you tested, not a verdict produced by one percentage.

If your rule is still vague, use the measurable habit chooser. If you need to decide strictness and missed-day behavior, write a 90-day challenge contract before filling the setup sheet.

Privacy and locality

The website does not receive your workbook or your entries.

The button above is a normal static-file download. There is no form, login, tracking pixel inside the workbook, macro, or Google authorization flow on this page. Before you upload it anywhere, the .xlsx file exists only in the location where your browser saved it.

If you import it into Google Sheets, the workbook and everything you add are stored and processed by Google according to your account, organization, region, and sharing settings. See You in 90 and Appy Labs do not receive access merely because you downloaded this template. Review the site’s privacy policy for the website and iPhone app boundaries.

You can also keep the .xlsx file in a compatible desktop spreadsheet application. Formula behavior, dropdown appearance, date formatting, and conditional colors can vary between applications, so verify the first few rows before relying on a 90-day record.

Common questions

Google Sheets habit tracker FAQ

Is this a native Google Sheets template?

No. It is a real .xlsx workbook designed to import into Google Sheets. This page does not claim a native Google “Make a copy” URL.

Will the formulas survive import?

The workbook uses standard formulas supported by Google Sheets. After import, confirm the Day 90 date, one result dropdown, and the summary totals before beginning your attempt, because spreadsheet settings and import behavior can change.

Does See You in 90 see what I write?

No. The site serves the blank file and does not receive the downloaded workbook or your later entries. If you upload it to Google, Google’s storage and sharing rules apply.

Does Strict mode automatically reset the tracker?

No. The mode field records your decision. If a strict attempt ends, make a fresh copy and choose a new Day 1 yourself.

Can I use the workbook in Excel or another spreadsheet app?

The download uses the standard .xlsx format and can open in many compatible apps. Formatting, data validation, and formula behavior may differ, so verify the imported file before relying on it.

What if I want a paper tracker instead?

Use the one-page printable habit tracker in A4 or U.S. Letter format.
