Terms of Use

By downloading or using See You in 90, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Apple terms control where required.

Appy Labs, LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple rules and applicable law.

See You in 90 is a habit and reflection tool. A missed required day ends the active attempt under the app rules. Lifetime statistics, badges, words, and previous-attempt records may remain, subject to app behavior and local-data availability.

The app does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use it as a substitute for qualified care or emergency services.

You retain ownership of journal content you create. You are responsible for protecting your device and exported copies and for having the right to save or share any content you place in the app.

You may not reverse engineer the app except where law expressly allows it, interfere with its operation, circumvent purchase controls, use it unlawfully, or infringe another person’s rights.

See You in 90 may offer a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a lifetime non-consumable purchase. The App Store displays current pricing, taxes, currency, trial or offer terms, and renewal details before purchase.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase associated with the Apple Account used for purchase. Apple handles billing and refunds; RevenueCat coordinates access and restoration.

If monthly access expires during an active attempt, the current build allows that attempt to continue. Verified access is required before starting a later attempt. Features and access rules may change in future versions with appropriate notice.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Appy Labs, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular habit outcome, or preservation of local data after device loss, deletion, corruption, or unsupported changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appy Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

You may stop using the app at any time. Appy Labs, LLC may suspend or end access where necessary for misuse, security, law, or platform requirements. These terms are effective August 21, 2026 and may be updated as the app or legal requirements change.
